Librix Print OÜ · Effective from 28.10.2026

Here we briefly explain what personal data Librix Print processes, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller is Librix Print OÜ (registry code 11425435), Valgevase 13, 10414 Tallinn, Estonia. For data protection questions, email info@librixprint.ee or call +372 600 9082.

2. What data we process and why

Our clients are mainly companies and organisations, so we mostly process the data of their contact persons.

  • Contact person’s name, email, phone, job title and company details – answering quote requests, preparing offers, concluding and performing contracts (contract and pre-contractual steps, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).

  • Print files, images and texts – producing the printed product and quality control (contract, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).

  • Order, invoice and payment data – invoicing and accounting (legal obligation, GDPR art. 6(1)(c)).

  • Delivery address and contact – delivering the goods (contract, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).

  • Contents of contact forms, emails or website chat – answering your question (pre-contractual steps or legitimate interest in replying to enquiries, GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

  • IP address, browser and device type (server logs) – website security and protection against attacks (legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not make automated decisions or carry out profiling. If you do not provide the data needed to fulfil an order (e.g. contact details or delivery address), we cannot fulfil the order.

3. Legitimate interest

We process data on the basis of legitimate interest in only two cases: to protect the website against attacks and misuse (server logs) and to reply to emails and enquiries sent to us. The data is minimal and kept for a short time, so your interests do not override ours in these cases. You have the right to object to this processing.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell data. We share it only as far as needed to provide our services, and only with partners who have signed a data processing agreement with us:

  • Wix – platform for the website, forms and chat;

  • IT service providers – for email and servers;

  • print and design software providers (e.g. Taopix, Printbox) – for processing orders and files;

  • payment providers and banks – for processing payments;

  • transport and courier companies – for delivering goods;

  • accounting service provider and public authorities – when required by law.

If a partner processes data outside the European Economic Area, this is done on the basis of safeguards approved by the European Commission (e.g. standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

5. How long we keep data

  • Print files: 400 days after the order is completed, so that you can reorder and we can handle complaints.

  • Invoices and accounting data: 7 years (Accounting Act).

  • Contracts and correspondence: 3 years after the contract ends or the last contact (limitation period for claims).

  • Offers that did not lead to an order: 1 year.

  • Server logs: up to 30 days.

6. Cookies

We only use cookies that are necessary for the website to work (e.g. security and keeping your session). We do not use statistics or advertising cookies. If we add them in the future, we will ask for your consent first and update these terms.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • receive information about the processing of your data and a copy of your data;

  • have inaccurate data corrected;

  • have your data deleted if we are not legally required to keep it;

  • restrict the processing of your data or object to it;

  • receive your data in a machine-readable format;

  • withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise your rights, email info@librixprint.ee – we will reply within one month. If you believe we have violated your rights, you can contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee) or a court.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with its date.
